It is not the first time I am asked to make a review about laser alignment. This time I am requested to do review on the line projecting red laser alignment. This is a 650nm red laser diode light emitting source manufactured line laser alignment, allowing highly stable and reliable line projection on all targeting fields precisely and accurately. It is not the same as a red laser pointer, but projecting laser light in type of clearly visible red line. It is not a manual operating line measurement tool, but operated by electric power supply with any limitation by operating distance, height and other surrounding environment etc. No matter at what kind of operating occasions, this kind of industrial alignment laser is always making highly stable operation with wide range of temperature stabilization.

This is not a simple line measurement tool, but adopts the most advanced 650nm red laser diode technology to allow the most efficient line projection performance in all possible working fields. It is quite different from those of traditional tools such as square meter, line or rope, but making constant line projection on required working fields precisely and accurately. During the time users are making line projection with this electric power supply driven laser, users can use outside configured DC input power supply with sufficient operating voltage until getting reference line bright enough on required working fields. It is not the same as battery power supply, but connected directly with electric power. Only if it is connected with electric power supply, the red line laser alignment will begin to work continuously.

Owing to working requirement of long time continuous line projection, users are always in need of stable and reliable output power during laser alignment long time constant line emitting. As a result, designers of laser alignment have made perfect consideration of its inner design of thermal stabilization control system. It uses metal heat sink as cooling system. No matter how much output power of laser alignments users are using in continuous line projection, it has just maintained super stable and reliable line projection since the cooling system has just assured stable temperature of laser tube. With the constant improving of inner temperature during laser line emitting, the enough space for cooling system has just made active and on time reaction. No matter what kind of output power and how long the laser alignment has lasted, it just maintained its best working condition in constant line projection operating.
